• You will only use the DezkNo SMM in a manner which follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service page.
• Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
• We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
• We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers and customers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.
• There are no real currency refunds on DezkNo. The closest to a refund is DezkNo Currency, which is only issued if an order is not completed within 72 hours.
• If you file a dispute through your chosen payment method, your DezkNo SMM account and any associated IP addresses will be permanently banned. For disputes of $20 or more, legal action may be taken.
• By signing up for DezkNo SMM, you are automatically added to our subscribers list. This means you will receive emails from DezkNo SMM about future discounts, new services, updates, and other important information. We will send these emails to the address linked to your DezkNo account.
• DezkNo SMM is not liable for any refunds if the account you boosted gets banned or if the username is changed. These actions are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the user. By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that DezkNo SMM will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

DezkNo SMM reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account and pause all ongoing orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, particularly involving unusually high transaction volumes in a short period. If your account is suspended for this reason, we will contact you to undergo a verification process. During this period, your account and services will remain on hold. Once the verification is successfully completed, as a gesture of goodwill and to apologize for any inconvenience caused, DezkNo SMM will credit your account with a $100 bonus.
Refund Policy
At DezkNo, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best experience possible. Below is our refund policy:
• Refund Method: All refunds are issued in DezkNo Currency, which can be used for future purchases on our platform.
• Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a refund in DezkNo Currency if your order has not been completed within 72 hours. After 72 hours, you may request a refund through our support team.
• Completed Orders: Once an order is marked as completed, it is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued unless there is a technical issue, such as incorrect delivery. Refund requests for dissatisfaction with order results will not be accepted.
• Partial Orders: In the event that an order is partially completed (e.g., some services are delivered but not all), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit based on the undelivered portion of the service.
Order Compliance Clause: Customers must comply with all preparatory instructions provided on the product page before placing orders for Instagram followers. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in incomplete delivery of ordered services. As outlined in our terms, such occurrences are not grounds for order cancellation or refund. This ensures accountability and encourages adherence to process specifications, safeguarding the service quality for all users
• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer refunds in real currency (cash, credit card, or any other form of real money). All refunds will be issued as store credit (DezkNo Currency).
• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds are not provided if:
• The order was delivered as expected but the account or platform on which the service was applied was later changed, deleted, or penalized.
• The service was delivered correctly, but results (e.g., followers, likes) later dropped due to external platform changes (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Fraudulent Disputes: If a dispute is filed with a payment provider, your DezkNo account will be permanently banned. Any attempts to reverse charges will result in the immediate termination of services, and legal action may be pursued for disputes over $20.
